To help keep things moving smoothly and avoid long lines, we’re rolling out a new system for card sales.
🕠 Card Sales & Food Start at 5:30 PM
🎟 Card Sales Details: We have made 260 more bonus packs,1100 new white cards, 300 new golf cards (each pack includes 4 regular cards + 1 gold card), & 5000 more marker chips.
As you arrive, you’ll pull a numbered ticket (similar to a meat counter system). Numbers are laminated & reusable, 244 is our max number, so we’ll know immediately when we are sold out.
We will also have number system for nonmembers “so they can get in line” and then wait in their cars until 5:30.
Participants will be called up in groups of 10 to purchase cards. Once we reach capacity: Sold Out signs will be placed on the doors. We may also make a Facebook post if needed. This helps prevent a line out the door and keeps things fair and organized.
📍 Location Change: Card sales and raffle items will be set up along the back wall (where food is normally paid for). February's food will be Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken sandwich, coleslaw and a bag of chips.
Saturday, March 14th we will serve Shepards Pie or Pot Pie.
